About the Team Leader

The Lead Coach, Gerald Walterfang, has been a triple-CEO in the NGO sector and has helped to recruit staff at various levels – from entry level, to top managerial levels.  In addition, he has been a key member of taskforces charged with working internationally and regionally with various international NGOs, as well as local and regional NGOs and private sector corporates.
